Following a competitive bidding process, the construction of Riviera Galleria was awarded to METKA, a subsidiary of the Metlen Group.
The total built-up area of Riviera Galleria amounts to approximately 23,000 square meters. It bears the signature of the renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma (Kengo Kuma and Associates) and has been designed in collaboration with the Greek architectural firm BETAPLAN.
This new commercial destination, part of The Ellinikon project, will offer a premium shopping experience, along with exceptional high-end gastronomy and entertainment options, attracting visitors from around the world.
METKA ATE has undertaken the construction of Riviera Galleria, which consists of three two-story buildings forming a complex of retail stores, service providers, and leisure spaces. The development also includes underground auxiliary areas, a service/loading-unloading building, landscaped surroundings, and outdoor parking spaces.
The construction is expected to take approximately 26 months from the project’s commencement, which began in July 2024.
